Problem login in

Anyone else having difficulties to login on website and app?

Yes, same on both website and app. Tried with both my member number and email address.

Sounds like the system may just be generally fubar.

It must be close to the time of year that rollover nights get added, I wonder if this has caused some issues.

same problem for me, but IHG doesn't need any excuse to have some issues, although they will probably blame the leap year :-)

Same here, so I reset my password, still couldn't get in. Strangely I could log in on the IHG app using my old PIN after I had changed it to a password.

4 hours ago - not able to log in the app, didn't try website.
now - not able to log in the website, but can log in the app.

Web and App on Android are both working fine for me.

No trouble signing in on my iPhone app, but can't sign in on my laptop's browser.

Edit: Just kidding, both are working now. Wasn't the case about 30 minutes ago.

Few days already I cannot log in on web page on my desktop. Tried chrome and explorer no success. Interesting "join now" window is opening but "sign in" doesn't allow to go further.

App is working fine.

Any IT solutions?

Have you tried signing in using another countries log in page?

For example the UK 'GB/EN' log in page:

Works fine for me in Firefox/Chrome and Safari browsers.
