Kimpton Zamora (St. Pete, FL) being sold
Just found out that this property will no longer be in the Kimpton profile by the end of next week. I called the CEO hotline asking why the property was still listed as available in August, September, etc and they said all reservations that were that far out would be sent an email noting the property change and to whom it has changed to. The woman on the phone couldn't tell me who bought it but apparently the owner wanted new property management other than IHG.
