Opening IHG app through Quidco APP

I have another problem and don't know if it is possible. For my acceleration I need to book via the IHG APP. Now I want to know if it is possible to open the IHG APP through QUIDCO APP. When I go through QUIDCO APP it always opens the IHG website.

As far as I know all the cashback portals forward you to the merchants websites in order to track the purchase (which does not yet seem possible through e merchants apps). So I just always decide if I want/need an app booking or the cashback

I like the idea, but no...

I'm quite sure that the App target is set precisely because booking through that channel allows IHG to avoid any affiliate marketing costs.

Does anyone know if booking through Quidco voids member benefits like booking via an OTA?

Absolutely no problem.

Just a couple of times hotels have refused to do this or that because they see the reservation as coming through a referral (which they take as a travel agent), but they have had no problem being corrected :D
