The Palazzo Nani Bernardo and the Palazzo Nani are two different buildings. The IC Palazzo Nani faces the Cannaregio Canal, near the Santa Lucia train station.

Does anyone have any idea when the IC and/or Indigo Venice will be open for business?

Italian original text and Google translation of the Indigo excerpt:
Il marchio Indigo
Sarà vincolata a un contratto di franchising anche la terza new entry del gruppo, l’Hotel Indigo® Venice – Sant’Elena, la cui conversione da un precedente Best Western avverrà nel corso del 2019: “In questo caso abbiamo optato per un brand di IHG, appunto Indigo Hotel, che in questo modo debutterà nella città lagunare grazie a noi. La struttura rimarrà un quattro stelle, ma con servizi adeguati agli alti standard di catena”.
The Indigo brand
The third new entry of the group, the Hotel Indigo® Venice - Sant'Elena, will be bound to a franchise contract, whose conversion from a previous Best Western will take place in 2019: "In this case we opted for a brand ofIHG, precisely Indigo Hotel, which in this way will debut in the lagoon city thanks to us.The structure will remain a four-star hotel, but with services adapted to the high standards of the chain ".
I looked for recent information about the IC Venice but found nothing new. It seems to be disappeared. I was in Venice some weeks ago but forgot to pass by that Palazzo Nani which is to be converted (saw only the one at Canale Grande which is the wrong one obviously).

IC Venice seems to have disappeared. Very well said by the PP. Can't find any information on it. Even emailed the current owners of the Palazzo Nani building and they don't know anything about any new hotel and they told me whomever is telling me that is a liar.

Why don't you contact the company that is supposed to be managing the hotel, Hnh Hotels, the same company that will be managing the Indigo in Venice?

Palazzo Nani looks great, but much construction still going on. Hope it will still open as IC, location and building would be awesome.

As this hotels will be a Radisson, I am going to close this thread.
Unfortunately, there will as of now not be a IC Venice Master Thread.
