Refer a friend to enroll into IHG Rewards Club, and receive 5,000 bonus points. The referred member must complete their first stay by April 30th
this is the only reasonable offer i got on my account. the others are just "stay 3 nights, get 3,000 stay another 3 get another 3,000 ," and the same about 6 times.

The chances of finding a Flyertalk member who ISN'T already an IHG member is close to nil. And there's nothing in it for the referred person.
