15 year anniversary bonus points question
I received the below bonus offer:
I'm confused as to how often I can earn triple points? Is it just once, or is it every stay up until I hit 20, 000 points?

I received this offer at the beginning of July via email. Clicked to register and was told the "offer was not available to me" even though I received the offer personally. That same day, I sent an inquiry....multiple emails and five weeks later, I am still not registered, with the "customer service" claiming that they are "still awaiting a response from promotion specialists".

In the IHG App - when you click on your name (top right corner in Android) it will show "Member Since <Month Year>.
In my case it shows August 1997. However I joined Six Continents Club in 1992 and I believe (but am not 100% sure) that I joined Priority Club in 1994. In any case, I never got such an email offer, neither for 15 years nor for 20 years of loyalty

October 2001 and don't recall such an offer
