Venetian / Palazzo: Zero availability (paid or award) on IHG websites...

Venetian / Palazzo: Zero availability (paid or award) on IHG websites...

Trying to search for availability at either the Venetian or the Palazzo and every date I check, even random mid week one-nighters, from now till Jul next year, not a single date is available as either paid or award on ihg.com. (There is availability on the hotel's own websites though.)

What am I missing? Are these hotels leaving IHG or is something broken?

I don't know if its still the same issue, but the last time I was booking those, around 18 months ago, the hotels would lose all availabilty on what seemed a random basis for sustained periods at a time.

I had the same problem one day last week, but later was able to find dates - just looked now and yes, available next week, but for $459 !! (I have a booking for the end of the month at $159 that I want to change)

Hmmmm, I still can't see any available dates! Are you looking on ihg.com?

Sorry, I didn't see your quick reply. Yes, on ihg.com ... no problem again just now either ... clear cookies, maybe ?

One thing I've noticed with those two properties is that they always show no availability when my corporate code is filled in. I have to manually remove it from the search to see availability.

Yes, corporate code means no availability will be shown. A longstanding issue.
