Crowne Plaza IHG Gold Upgrades
Hello
I'm staying at Crowne Plaza next weekend and IHG Gold. What are the chances of complimentary upgrades?
I've had it regularly with Hilton as a Gold member.
I know it doesn't say a benefit but curious to see if it does happen

Expect nothing and be pleasantly surprised if you receive something. If the front desk is well trained, you will be told "we've upgraded you", but at many hotels you won't even notice the difference in rooms.
With IHG, Gold status is near the bottom. So forget about lounge access or anything that you might truly value.
