MOLD in HI - Complain

Stayed in a HI last week and after getting changed and entering bathroom saw MOLD all over ceiling! ugh:mad: Too tired to complain and change rooms.
I took pictures and want to email them to corporate.
Can anyone give me a good email address to send them to??

By the way, were you at the Holiday Inn in Channelview, TX (Houston)?
Last time i stayed there it took me three room changes to find one that didn't have mold. That was the last time I stayed there, of course. There are plenty of HIX's around.

Actually it was a HIX in Jacksonville FL.
Did you complain to corporate?

randidiyo, I think that HI is closewd or changed alliance (it doesn't show up on the hotel list when searching for availability). Thankfully. I also became very tired of the moldy bathrooms.
Since the HIX openned a few miles to the west on IH10, haven't stayed at that HI in years.
