) requires 21day advance booking, prepaid, non changeable, non-cancelable, for rooms from Feb 7th. All 241's, PrePaid-A (35% off) rates all got reset, so dissapeared 1st January. I have not seen any creep back on yet. It is individual hotels who must manually opt in that need load availability.
Last year the odd UK hotel crept back in late January, but it was as late as April before a worthwhile number of hotel franchises had re-loaded 241 availability.

I'm not sure what's happening with these rates, and also the midweek 10% off "UK Sport and Association Gold" discount, however if you look at http://www.greenroom.co.uk/leedsunited it's been changed in the last few days and now lists a 30% off rate (book 21 days in advance) as well as retaining the 10% off rate. The rate code for the former appears to be IDP30 "PARTNER RATE 30 OFF".
I haven't found any availability yet for either rate in 2014 but I expect this will be loaded by the end of the month. The terms and conditions have also been revised to include "Member ID or IHG voucher will be required at check-in as a proof of eligibility of this rate" so there may be a forthcoming clamp-down on widespread use of these types of rates.

What link doesn't work for you, do you get redirected to home page, or just get no joy with your search foe 241 rate nights? (Several links were killed off Jan2014 eg /alumni, others still exist eg IDEX1 but return no rooms at 241 rates)

the 2 for 1 rate just gets redirected to home page. I do hope hotels start loading new 2 for 1 rates. and the 30 % off one is rubbish. I used to be able to book the day before and get 35 % off.

In that case the link you re using is dead. A valid 241 URL will still put you in either greenroom affiliate first screen (like alumni used to) OR the hotel room search mode showing 'Partner rate 2X1' in rate Preference box

strange as even using your link it shows that I can select the partner rate but when I choose to search it vanishes from the next page and cant be selected if that make sense!

I've never had any problems, just read the new T&C's and can't see where it says you have to be a season ticket holder, unless that's what they mean about member ID. Anyone can be a fan. IHG are never very clear anymore! May be too dangerous to send email. Although I just emailed them to clarify if you can use UK government rates for leisure, they replied no, but since then I have found in the FAQ's that you can, so kept a copy of this.
Also found this link, 30% off valid till 27th April. No conditions to belong to club, although they do mention member ID, so it seems they add that to all T&C's.

I have, however, found it working in its new guise from http://www.ihg.com/hotels/gb/en/glob...itish_swimming but is this then just a case of bringing a completed IHG voucher with you to check-in and there's no actual requirement to be a member of British Swimming...?
Has anyone else found a new-style link to the 10% mid-week discount rate working through any other landing pages?

I have always received points for my stays on this rate, in the T&C's it doesn't state you will not get points.
