Best IHG Hotel For the View?

Holiday Inn Express, Silt/Rifle, Colorado.

Top floor suite with a balcony facing the Colorado River. Lovely and peaceful.

Does it have to be from the balcony or pool?
Grand harbour rooms at IC HKG (I guess will be Regent when it reopens) are hard to top, but of course the view is through the glass.

Monterey (Calif) IC - ocean view with lots of wildlife

Depends on what you like looking at. Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport is best if you like helicopters.

Holiday Inn Express Astoria OR

No balcony, but the hotel is riverfront and next to the Astoria-Megler Bridge. Good sunset views from waterfront rooms

Simplifying searching by having a thread per chain seems ok to me. This made me look at the IHG forum, when normally I would not. The chain specific responses are helpful.
