Awesome deal with Kimpton in Phoenix. 60K points for 4 night stay including one free night. This property used to be 50K a night.

Dynamic pricing now available for UK reservations. I've seen IC Park Lane London as low as 40k per night so significantly lower than the old 70k per night fixed rate.

Just halved the cost for my Ireland trip next year. I assume that if and when travel will pick up the dynamic pricing will not look so great - but for now I’ll take it.

Dynamic pricing is being phased in and some territories are still on fixed pricing for now.

Me too, literally 50% off. This makes IHG points worth much more than before.Based on cash rates they are now valued around .01 which is double what it used to be

I am certainly noticing some good deals out there. I wonder if things might be looking up?

Well your trip is in 2021 so you may actually have a chance to go. I rebooked a couple of nights in Oct 2020 for a long ago planned trip, but am not really expecting to be able to go. We shall see.

Anyways, here is what I got for the nights we planned:
- IC Strings for 30k/night instead of 55k
- IC Osaka for 35k/night instead of 60k
- IC Beppu for 42.5k/night instead of 60k
- Indigo Hakone for 30-32.5k/night instead of 40k

As others mentioned, value wise compared to paid rates this comes in around 1c/point though Beppu & Hakone even better than that (for now).
