What are data points with the old 20k bonus on the free card. 10k points posted quickly, but I'm still waiting for the other 10k.

On the UK white free card, you get 20k points but the first 10K show in your Creation card account first & the 2nd 10k go direct across to your IHG account after a few weeks. By month 1 you will receive the full 20k in your IHG account.

...ah, I am referring to the base points, which are late from the statement being produced to having appeared in my IHG account, 8 days and counting!

June’s points have correctly moved across, still no sign of May’s! That’s 30+ days from first reaching out and on several occasions since. Can I take the case of points not moving across to the FO?

Still waiting for points from May’s statement, with the points from proceeding and previous months moving across to my IHG account with no issues. Have reached out almost every week to chase, and have sent a complaint. Anything else I can do to chase it up?
