I will do you all a favor with a rare review. The hotel is in great location next to the embankment. I liked that they can deliver breakfast until 12 pm on the weekend in addition there is no service fee for delivery so you can get it quite cheap the only problem is the breakfast is not so tasty haha. Some employees had a bit of a sour mood it seemed. The hotel is quite cheap around 50 dollars or 10k points per night. They upgrade platinum to executive rooms ( quiet so quiet and this is on a points stay).They honored the late 2 pm checkout and one stay even allowed 3 pm with no problem.

I have found IHG hotels in Russia to be quite a good value in general, I have stayed at 9 or 10 different properties

I was wondering about this hotel because I go to Samara a lot but I stay with my friend there. Si thanks for the info, might end up trying it. Some of the HIs I tried in Moscow were excellent.
