Have you deducted the rollover nights from 2017 from end of year night counter?

Thanks Cielito_ . In 2017 I qualified on points not nights...this last year I qualified on both, including something like 87 nights...that *should* mean 12 roll over, unless I'm missing something?

Nothing for me either, I qualified on points with 73 nights, 14 of which were rollover. I ended up with 126 so wondering how many I will get this year?

I’m happy to help you with your concern and I appreciate the opportunity to assist a valued member like you.

Please be advised that the correct number of nights should be rolled over this month and we are currently working on it. Rollover night is being done by batches.

Thank you for letting us know about this. If you need anything else, feel free to email us; we'd be glad to follow-up.

So for 2018, your total was 126nights (112 stayed + 14 roll over from 2017 year) ?

If so you roll over 112 - 75 = 37 roillover nights to start 2019.

In both 2017 and 2018, IHG processed rollovers on an ongoing batch basis, mostly spanning 10-28th Jan, so far too early to worry yet. I'd wait until circa 7th Feb before worrying and needing to escalate

So would the fact that I qualified on points at 73 nights not mean that 39 nights would roll over?

Over half way thru the month and rollover nights have not reset for me. Just wondering if there were still folks (besides me) that had not received the rollover nights yet.
