Elite rollover nights question

Thanks Cielito_ . In 2017 I qualified on points not nights...this last year I qualified on both, including something like 87 nights...that *should* mean 12 roll over, unless I'm missing something?

If so you roll over 112 - 75 = 37 roillover nights to start 2019.
In both 2017 and 2018, IHG processed rollovers on an ongoing batch basis, mostly spanning 10-28th Jan, so far too early to worry yet. I'd wait until circa 7th Feb before worrying and needing to escalate

So for 2018, your total was 126nights (112 stayed + 14 roll over from 2017 year) ?
If so you roll over 112 - 75 = 37 roillover nights to start 2019.
In both 2017 and 2018, IHG processed rollovers on an ongoing batch basis, mostly spanning 10-28th Jan, so far too early to worry yet. I'd wait until circa 7th Feb before worrying and needing to escalate
