IC stay preference in app, does the hotel follow them? ever?

IC stay preference in app, does the hotel follow them? ever?
I have a near 100% failure rate on this. I always request sweet or savory snack and get the fruit plate.

What's your success rate?

Funny.... IC Vienna is the one that delivered the most for me recently. mmmmm..... Manner wafers...

Amstel, PLG and Madrid all delivered what was on the app. O2 bizarrely delivered sweet, savoury and fruit on my most recent stay.
