UK office wasn’t helpful at all. Contacted the property directly - managed to work out a fair solution.

We are open for reservations on 6 April 2018 however we are aiming for a soft opening in the first half of March.

I think Sofia will be a lot more fun in the summer, and the hotel staff should be able to give decent service by then. I would not go earlier.
