3. Timing: Bookings for the Offer open on the IHG mobile app (“App”) at 00:01 local time on Monday 8thJanuary 2018 for all Members. The App can be downloaded from here or by using the Appstore or Googleplay. Bookings for the Offer opens on the IHG Website and the IHG Central Reservation Office at 00:01 local time on Wednesday 10th January 2018 for all Members. The Offer closes for all Members at 23:59 local time on Sunday 14th January 2018 (“Promotional Period”).


4. How to enter: To be eligible to make use of the Offer the guest must be a Member during the Promotional Period and book either via www.ihg.com, the Central Reservation Office, or the App.


5. Offer: The Offer is available at all Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Staybridge Suites and Hotel Indigo hotels across UK, Ireland and Germany

The offer is for standard and upgrade rooms with breakfast for stays between Monday 8th January 2018 and Sunday 15th April 2018. The actual booking will be made in local currency that uses the €-exchange rate of the booking day.

There's no App that works on my Blackberry anymore. Can't fulfil my Accelerate either because of this.

(But if you really want to stick to BlackBerry, why don't try with something like BlueStacks on your desktop?)

It's working for me on the App except that it's stating and enforcing a rate rule of "Must book 3 days in advance" so I can currently only find any availability for stays from 11th January onwards.

Just booked using the app. No experience of the Flash sales rates - will they post as qualifying for the accelerate promo ? the booking gave estimated points so I'm hopeful it will count as a qualifying rate.

I just checked the rates on the mobile app (8 Jan, 1145 GMT) and they are identical to the rates on the web. So no 'special' App rates available. Typical of IHG!

Maybe it depends on the hotel, I just looked at a hotel and it is Ł5 cheaper on the app and specifically says January sale rate

Booked a Hotel Indigo on the App and was cheaper and included breakfast.

For sure the prices are lower, not as good as the partner rate but includes breakfast and can be booked only 3 days in advance.
