Hotel Construction
Must be time of year but 2 hotels booked have construction.
Found out by chance, one on website and other on tripadvisor.
How do you handle construction?

Not sure what kind of data you mean.
Am asking do you change reservation or check in and see how it goes?
In recent travels hotel had signs up but no advance notice.
Called Hyatt and was told they didn't even know.
Got extra points but often too tired to change properties.
Staybridge booked into next week limited breakfast and evening reception area due to lobby work. Staybridge upcoming stay due to start roof work. Area is popular during the week so may be difficult to change as area sells out.
Seems corp doesn't often know construction extent until they hear from guests.
Have heard that guests should have been emailed ahead of time but that has not happened.
