Holiday Inn Express Hypnos beds
I have stayed at three Holiday Inn Expresses: Croydon (UK), Essen (Germany) and Dortmund (Germany).
In Croydon and Essen, the beds/mattresses were terrible; very soft and bouncy, with springs noticeable through the bedding. The brand on the label of the mattress was Hypnos, but I think it is also a problem with the base of the bed.
In Dortmund it was very much better, firmer and a much higher quality.
Is there a brand standard for this? Why the difference between hotels?
