Most people have, since the Q1 promo ended over a month ago. Just read from last pages backwards in the existing thread about it and you'll find lots of posts of people getting their points.
Are you sure you meant Q1 though? Why would expect no one to have bonus points yet for promo that ended over a month ago?
If you meant the Q2 promo, there's a thread for that too:
