There have been reports of mail-in entry emails being sent out on 12/4 and 12/11, and the emails came in rapid succession. This is indicative of HelloWorld batching these out.

STATUS:
--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.
--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.
--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time
--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.
--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins
--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.
--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

Still missing 45 entries that were mailed on 2/8. I emailed IHG and Hello World once each a week ago. Nothing beyond the 1-3 day message (which has passed). Should I bug em again every week?
What are you guys referencing when you e-mail them? Just your IHG number? Did you explicitly state how many entries you're missing?

I, too, got the 1-3 business day message. I responded to that today, again asking. If I have read the Ts and Cs correctly, all entries have to be played by March 15. That's marching right up.

Holy cow, what a rookie mistake. I sent in 94 last Monday, and just noticed that I never registered for the promo!
What an idiot. Oh well, maybe they didn't process my entries yet and I still have a chance. I just registered now. Not feeling very confident though. What a funny screw up.

I sent an email to HelloWrld receiving the standard automated reply followed later by the 1-3 day letter. Three days passed and I wrote again. Nothing yet.
I mailed 94 in 2 batches Feb 6&7 and received 19 emails 6 days later followed by 3 separate emails for 3 more during the next 3-4 days and that's it!!. Husband sent his 94 a few days after me in 3 batches and has received 92 emails.
Would consider contacting IHG as deadline of MArch 15 is nearing. Anyone got contact info for IHG??? I've not been able to find it.
Starting to feel that this will not get resolved...disappointed.

Still waiting for the rest of my entries (should have 91 plays total).
I emailed 2-3 times in February, got the we'll get back to you in 3 days message. I emailed again on 2/22 that I had only received 40. 2/26 I got another 34 plays. I emailed again after that and they sent me a reply saying their records said I only had 51 plays...well, dur, they sent me 74. Can't even have own records straight. I emailed again and pointed out this descrepancy, asked them to please check again. Been copying everything to ambassador email as well.
I guess it's the usual with IHG, harass until you've got your points.
Another interesting thing this year is none of my point stays are counting for status nights stayed- have to email them about each of those for them to post (and that's even with food purchases on the stay. no points either)

Missing 20 plays. Sent Hello World an email on 2/23. Received blanket response on 2/26 with the "get back to you in 1-3 business days" and have yet to hear further. I've sent another email today.

I emailed IHG about my free night not showing in my account (I see the entry but it shows 0 available). Got a response saying that they could see the free night available on their end. It was awarded on Jan 11th, 2016 and expires April 11th, 2016. I replied to confirm that date. 3 month expiration date seems a bit crazy.

Mailed in 90 entries, only received 70 so far. Emailed HelloWorld about a week ago about the missing entries, heard back today saying that as of today, they've only received 70 cards. I replied back slightly annoyed saying I'm positive I mailed 90 entries broken up in two groups, so there's no way only 70 of them made it, and asked them to credit me with the additional entries. I copied in the IHG Ambassador desk in hopes that'd do something. We'll see.

Received another email from HW today which reads, "Good Afternoon,
Thank you very much for your patience. We are processing the maximum of 94 entries belonging to you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you further."

One (1) Free Night stay at a participating InterContinental Hotels Group property in the Americas (fulfilled as digital code in winner's IHG Rewards Club account). Free Night is valid at hotels in the IHG Rewards Club Family of Brands in the Americas region only, excluding InterContinental Alliance Resorts, and must be redeemed (and stay must be completed) by 10/31/2016.
Free Night is valid for one standard room night rate and applicable taxes only. Rooms are limited, subject to prior sale and availability of allocated resources and may be unavailable during high demand periods. Free Night may not be transferred, extended beyond the expiration date, redeemed for cash, or re- credited for points. Individual hotels cancellation policy applies to the use of the Free Night. I did about half of mine a week or so ago -- and got some 1000s, 2000s, and a 5000. Did the other half over the past three days and ALL of the second half were 500. Just thought that was an odd coincidence -- which made me wonder if they actually changes the odds after March 1st...
In any case, mailed in 94. Received 88. Results:
