There have been reports of mail-in entry emails being sent out on 12/4 and 12/11, and the emails came in rapid succession. This is indicative of HelloWorld batching these out.
Initially batches of emails sent out was on Fridays but as of of 1/6/16 appears to be Wednesdays

STATUS:
--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.
--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.
--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time
--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.
--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins
--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.
--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

Mailed out 94 entries one week prior to the postmark deadline. I received 17 emails on 2/18 and the rest on 2/19.

I am still waiting on about 20 entries. I emailed them last week asking about it and they said they gave me all the entries they have received. I find it odd that none of the 20 or so entries I sent that they say they didn't get were mailed back to me.

I ended up photocopying a piece of paper with four handwritten entries on it (4x24)- worked like a charm. Printed out the envelopes...only hand writing I had to do was four entries. ^

FYI - Got a small batch of 8 entries tonight. Weird.
Big risk, probably aided by the fact that they were swamped. Glad it worked for you; but no way I would recommend this course of action.
I had considered using an ink-jet printer to print my entries, but erred on the side of caution. May do it as a test on a less lucrative promo.

What's the consensus on when we should e-mail them to bug them about entries? I'm sitting at roughly 12 days after mailing them out. Still missing 44 entries. GF who mailed them after mines received 92/94.

I had sent all of mine late January. I was at 93/94 and all of them have posted. Wasn't going to bother emailing for 1 that was missing.
Ended up getting 1 email last night for mine as well.
Still missing 20 emails/plays for my hubby. Mailed end of Jan around same time as mine. Emailed and have only received the 3 days looking into it reply. Tried replaying the old links, but no plays

Just got my first game play. I sent 94 on 2/06 and my wife's 94 the next week. I just received my first game play, one play Sunday night at 11:41 pm. Seems a little odd, but it's definitely a start.

Has anyone had an issue like this come up yet:
Issue #1:
I sent in 94 entries for myself and 94 for the wife at the exact same time. She has received 91 game play emails. I have received zero. Don't know if this matters in terms of processing preference, but she has diamond status, I have platinum.
Issue #2:
Of her 91 entries, a good 25 or so resulted in 0 points.
Issue #3:
Of the entries that did win points, points actually posted to her account on only 56 of them.
Issue #4:
She had two 5,000 point winners and two 2,000 point winners. Neither of these larger winners posted to her account.
I sent emails to [email protected]. Is there anything else I should do? A good phone number to call?

I mailed in 74 entries on Feb. 12th and received 1 email yesterday (Sunday) evening. Played it and won 500 points. Then tried to play it again thinking maybe they activated more plays but somehow only sent 1 email... no luck. So I guess I'll cross my fingers and continue waiting for the other 73 entries.
