There have been reports of mail-in entry emails being sent out on 12/4 and 12/11, and the emails came in rapid succession. This is indicative of HelloWorld batching these out.
Initially batches of emails sent out was on Fridays but as of of 1/6/16 appears to be Wednesdays

--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.
--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.
--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time
--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.
--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins
--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.
--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

Some people said the pts still post, but some people said they dont see the pts posted.
There are 2 deadlines - entries deadline is postmarked by Feb 15. As pointed out, Feb 15 is a holiday and Feb 13 is a Saturday, so if anyone still need to mail their entries in, they should keep that in mind.
Games have deadline to play by Mar 15.
Personally I would not click existing emails until the new ones coming in, just to prevent posting glitch.

ETA: I could probably tell you if points post tomorrow if it would be too late but next week as I just did this on Friday for b/f account. Got 71 emails and clicked on the last email for 94 times. Granted I did get an email from HW giving me the link and telling me to play it 94 times. SO I feel that I should be good for those extra points. (well nto extra cuz im still within 94 but for the extra clicks)

Granted I did get an email from HW giving me the link and telling me to play it 94 times. SO I feel that I should be good for those extra points. Again, the question was whether more than 94 entries *could* be a problem, not whether it *would* be a problem or whether I, personally, would void the person's entire allotment of entries.

Can't believe how upset you are because I gave a guy an honest answer based on the actual T&Cs for the contest.
When entering a contest, it's the T&Cs that matter, not someone's feelings or a couple anecdotes posted on a forum.

Got a text from my daughter who mailed 94 entries on Febuary 1st. She received 44 emails today at one time. Pretty good turnaround for her.

Mailed entries for 3 friends from Waikiki on Jan 31. One person received 42 entries today, the other 2 received 143!

What an idiot. Oh well, maybe they didn't process my entries yet and I still have a chance. I just registered now. Not feeling very confident though. What a funny screw up.

It's a little misleading, because the contest landing page makes you re-register each time you visit, even if you ask it to remember you after registering the first time. Easy to think that maybe you're not registered.
