Chased the up just over a month ago and pack arrived 2 weeks later. Second pack arrived today with a different certificate and different expiry date! It's like waiting for a bus.

I got my kit a couple of days ago no bonus points in it either, not sure what I was expecting but the pack was a bit underwhelming my basic Ambassador kit last year seemed better.

Called to renew my amb membership (as the website still does not work), and the 15k bonus points appeared in my account the following day.
I was less than impressed that the email thanking for for renewing my membership also included the pin number to access my account

So they are still doing that nonsense? Really the terms security and IHG don't seem to go together at all. I complained about this serious gap for the last 3-4 years, but as we can tell from the "account hacked" Thread no one of influence at IHG gives a damn about it. An utter joke and at customers expene.

No points redemption codes in either of our accompanying letters. Also Stimpy reports he did not get one either. Should we be calling IHG or has the bonus points ceased now.?

I had to call them just now about a missing stay and also asked about this issue. She put me on hold to check with someone and came back to say that these renewal bonus points are no longer a feature of the Royal Ambassador program. I guess perhaps they are only for people who pay for AMB renewal?
