I don't think they have updated the Big Win site, yet - at least not for me. While my mobile booking challenge has not been updated either, I had a stay this past Friday night at a HIX, and I would expect at least the stay to be recorded towards my other challenges which has not happened, yet. Hopefully, the site will be updated tonight, and we'll then see if tracking the mobile booking challenge issues have been rectified.

Mine's just been updated EXCEPT the booking through the app.
I found it weird because the night and brand stay has been posted, but not the booking method.

I just started using IHG this year seams impossible the system is bad. Was told it takes 6-8 weeks for a credit card bonus to post. Marriott took a few days after I met the spend

I am fairly new to IHG having decided to split loyalty with Starwood.
This offer is just winding me up. I get excessively regular e-mail updates describing my achievement to date - these are inaccurate, I'm showing outstandings on hurdles jumped in January. If I follow the link to live status up date it refuses me access. Likewise I can't access from within IHG.
As far as I can see I have completed the challenge - except...
"Stay in these two cities"........I have not got a clue where they are.
Any ideas for a measly 47,000 points????

Anyone having the issue with "Book 2x through IHG" not posting but have had results getting it fixed? Sounds like people think you must book through mobile but this is quite annoying. I only book through their site and when I contacted (useless) Platinum support via email, they said 14 days for an answer. Only task I still have open...

If you're trying to get the weekend credit, unfortunately, overlapping stays will not count twice (unlike SPG).

In this situation I would book one room and my other half would book the other one so it contributes to our individual qualifying nights total and promos rather than 'wasting' one room as a non-qualifying stay.
We're both platinum so it doesn't really impact us doing this in terms of upgrades etc.

Does anybody know how Ambassador certificate weekends rate night(s) are posting under the Big Win, this one or at least the previous one? I am counting on at least first paid night to be posted in my planning. But this always appear after adjustment as overlapping stay so no idea how this will work with this promo.
I actually got 2 elite qualifying nights out of mine, which I wasn't expecting. Since one of my hurdles is 3 Saturday nights, when checking out I asked if the qualifying night could be the Saturday rather than the Friday, but they said they had no control over it.
So, hopefully I'll get lucky, as none of my BW 2014 points have posted yet.

Wondering if anyone experienced this issue before... asked IHG why my online bookings were still not posted to BigWin and got response like this...? Has anyone booked stay before 1/1/2014 and got it posted at BigWin board? My hotels were booked in Dec 2013 after registration for stays in Jan 2014.
Upon further check conducted by our promotion specialists, your stays do not qualify towards the Big Win - Book With IHG target. According to the Terms and Conditions of the target, stays must be booked on any IHG website between January 1, 2014 and April 30, 2014. Our records show that all your stays were booked in 2013.

My bonus for using the IHG CC for the Q4 promo posted to the current promo! How dumb is that? Good thing I did not hit all the milestones in Q4, otherwise would have had to fight to get the final bonus for having everything completed.

Both my paid night and the free night counted towards my stay count for the Big Win.

Why is anyone's guess, I haven't heard if anyone's posting and my ones definitely did not. The only thing I can think of is that they have looked at the bookings for new year and the few days after which of course includes a Saturday before everyone would start back work and they have thought that it would cost too much or make the promotion too easy (bearing in mind some people have a stay requirement of three nights and one Saturday) therefore they have out this restriction in. It definitely wasn't in place in the first one IIRC.
