25k Point Night
Just wanted to chime in and say a "Thank You" for the thread. Just booked a 25k Point night at the Indigo in Downtown Brooklyn for $208, tax included. Here's hoping I won't need to track anyone down to get everything to post!
It seems like the 25k rate is only available via the hotel's website or the app (which seems to be acting a bit wonky these days) .
EDIT: I realize that dates would probably be helpful in case anyone wants to have a go. I booked the week of Thanksgiving for a single night.

Please don't take this as gospel as I am fairly inexperienced, but from the T & C for the rewards program (and from previous bonus point stays) the answer is yes. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for sure!

I can see it there for the dates that I want, exactly as you say on the Indigo website. It really seems a good deal! It basically works out at about 95 dollars more for the 25k points, plus it offers free cancellation up to 24h before. Considering cancelling an award (points) reservation to take advantage of this...

Nevertheless sometimes they don't post accurately. If the points are added manually afterwards they don't post aus elite qualifying.

Quite a long URL, but I guess there are all rate codes included.
To search for another location, use the "Back to search results" link on page and change the location. (figured this out after a while and works fine for me)

1) There was no property offering 10k or more points
2) There was a long list of properties offering 2.5k
3) Below is the list offering 4k or more. But please be aware that they seem to change more often than the US properties, so this list may be outdated by now. Be so kind and report back if you find some interesting ones that still work (or new ones of course) - we might then add this to the Wiki

2 weeks ago is was checking, and the rates were like you told 2k and 4k rates.
When I was checking today I saw that the rates have changed:
