Can't access My Account

Can't access My Account

For three weeks I have been unable to access my IHG Account Activity. IGH recognizes it is an issue but can't get it resolved. I receive a message stating there is an error processing my request. Has anyone else had this issue, has it been resolved, and if so, how? Thank you.

The account access issues come and go for me.

Points from a stay some ten days ago haven't posted.
Always had them post to my account within 4 - 5 days.
