Sorry, but this offer is a disgrace! It's a slap in my face
as a loyal PC member.
This guy has just been offered half a million points for nothing,
no stays, 2 brands and 4 weekends plus a good deal
for a new credit card.
It took me years to get half a million points.
And I've had their credit card for years also.
So they don't care. A new sell, that's all they care about.
Sorry, but after this I will never stay at any PC property.

I forgot to include in my post that mine is set up this way as well. They'll give me 181,000 (of the 219,000 total) points for unlatching all 5

Bonus per min nights required
I have just calculated that it works out to be bonus of 7250 pts per night assuming that I do the min for the bonus on my crack the case offer.

The "bonus" for opening all 5 latches on my offer appears to be the total of the bonuses attached to each of them.
In any case, I'm not that active in this program and my offer's not very rich--about 136K total. I will probably open at least some of the latches. I'd like to get the CC, but Hyatt's supposedly going to announce their co-branded Chase CC on Sept 1, and they are my first priority (no pun intended); Chase appears to have a 6-month rule, so that would probably mean I could apply for the PC CC no earlier than March '11.

117200 points for 309 qualifying nights between 23/8/2010 and 31/5/201
simple math: 2011 is not a leap year, so we have 365days from 8/23/2010 to 8/22/2011, 22days in Aug, 31days in July, 30days in June. so we have altogether 365-22-31-30=282 days during the holy cr*p promotion. how could 309 qualifying nights be possible!

Strange how everyone's offer seems to be different - I only have 4 locks but I need to open them all, and they're reasonably onerous.

Does anyone in the UK have more than 4 latches in total? I don't have a Visa card latch. I have to unlock 4 of 4 latches for a total of 100k:-
