CTC Completed!
CTC Completed 24 June. Here were my details. The only one I didn't complete was the room nights which were 53 for 10,000 pts. Glad to hear about everyone's success...IHG is THE brand...they'll continue to have my loyalty!
Survey = 2,000 pts
17 Properties = 10,000 pts
3 Saturdays = 10,000 pts
PC Visa = 80,000 pts (used 80K promo offer instead of 60K CTC offer)
CTC Completion = 147,000 bonus points
15,000 pts Goodwill adjustment explained below
Total = 264,000 pts for promotion
Current balance over 810,000 pts!
I had a unique situation regarding the PC Visa. I didn't apply for the card until May 25th and didn't receive it until after the promotion. I called PC and explained the situation and it was raised to a supervisor level and one level past that but they told me they were sorry but that I wouldn't receive the credit because I had to make my first purchase inside the promotion period. They gave me 15,000 pts as a 'goodwill' gesture which I really appreciated. To my surprise, after I used the card for the first time in June, the CTC was completed and posted on 24 Jun with the 80K for first time use posting on the 29th. The CTC promotion page still shows my PC Visa latch locked as well as the bonus but they are in my account and reflected on my activity page. This was a great promotion!!

Well, one reason they may be taken back now is if someone from PC is reading this thread and initiates an audit. Personally, I think it's best to stay mum on such matters and not potentially create a situation where you would lose what you never should have had in the first place. What's to gain in making this public?

Crack the case - Got 60000 points for visa, but didn't activate any credit card
Hi,
Priority club gave me 60000 points for visa card activation. I haven't activated any credit card on my name from priority club. The statement on my card says "CRACK THE CASE-VISA ACTIVATION". The customer service told me that it looks like an error with the crack the case system.
Did anyone else get this? What should I be doing now?

I totally agree with Jack Burton.
It would be best if people didnt quote numbers, didnt announce what have done (or not done) and just left it alone altogether.
If you have to quote something, quote Jack Burton:
