Better upgrade - IC Tokyo Bay or ANA IC?

Better Diamond benefits at IC Tokyo Bay or ANA IC?
I am a Diamond elite (not RA) planning on a 2-night reservation in a standard room next month. I had a few questions for the Diamond elites that have stayed at thr ICs in Tokyo:
- Upgrades - what ( if any) room upgrade or std/jr suite upgrade can be reasonably expect? At check-in or 48 hours in advance? Cash reservation only or also available on points reservation?
- Complimentary breakfast- buffet or a la carte? Offered in restaurant or lounge?
- Early check-in - my flight arrives on Sunday at 7am in HND and I'd want to drop off my bag at the hotel and explore the City - what's a reasonable expectation for check-in thereafter?
- Late check-out (subject to availability) - flight departs HND late on Tuesday night. Is 2pm check out realistic at either property?

2. Breakfast would be buffet only.
3. Depends on occupancy night before but you might be able to get in right away for a standard room.
4. I've never been refused 2pm checkout before.
5. Andaz is a much nicer property than either IC.
