No points stays have registered at all for me since the hack. I'm chasing up but it seems you need to wait weeks just to get a response given the chaos

I just had my stay post that I checked out on Sept 9th. But it is comically incorrect.
Total Spending $1,532.42
Total Qualified Spending $657.12
And no, that isn't all parking and tax. We need to give IHG some more time on this.

Booked a short notice weekend getaway on points on September 16 for Sept 16-18 and both the welcome points and the stay have posted and my nights counter for the year has correctly updated. My guess is that new stays are back on track and they’re now stuck dealing with the harder backlog of crediting what happened when the site was down from the hack.

Just another data point. I had a stay on 9/11 which totally disappeared from my account. It is now back as a pending stay. Hopefully I will see the correct points posted later today or tomorrow.

Anybody have any idea as to how long the delay is to post credit card points? Chase usually posts mine on the 20th. Already three days late now with no sign of them.
