How to get the IHG app to show the bonus points packages?
 
Mr. got the book through the app offer, through IHG's website there's 5k bonus points package but I can get it to display from the app.

Anyone knows how to get the app to show that rate up?

Which property? Not all properties offer 5k packages. In general, the packages are hidden under the 1000p rate where you have prices for adding more points.

They both offer 5k packages and the agent at IHG could see it too but not on the app.

I can only see up to 3k packages for e.g. today on the app.

Exactly, but I can see the package using firefox.

Perhaps the new app is capped (bug) at max three options? I am looking at some other cities where I've bought 5k packages through the app (iOS) and don't see anything past 3k there, either.

Thanks! I was wondering if IOS is different, mine has IOS 13 so can't load the IHG app anymore.
