Hotel not on IHG site but is real and there
The HI Express in Russellville, AR does not show up on a search for hotels on the IHG website. It has been this way for at least this year, if not longer.
I stayed at this hotel last summer. It is shown on Google maps. Why would it not be listed on IHG?

Are you sure that it is actually still a Holiday Inn Express? That might sound dumb, but I've seen the odd HIX that had long since deflagged but still had the logos on the building.
Of course it could just be an IT glitch on the main IHG website, since it can be found quite easily on Google...

One weird thing: This is the only hotel I've given a subpar rating on the IHG site. Strange, but I cannot believe it would matter.
