Adding Second Name to Reservation
 

Hello all,

Up until recently I've been able to modify my reservation online, and add the name of a second guest. I would typically do this if I'm traveling with a family member who is checking in before me.

I no longer see this option on the IHG website. Is this functionality gone? I know that I can call the hotel/IHG to have them add the second guest name, but I always found it much more convenient to do it online.

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

Thanks, didn't see it. I did an advanced thread title search for "second name" but nothing came up.
