2014 Elite Status
 

1) If my account displays the 'Platinum Member' badge today, does it mean that my Platinum status is confirmed for all of 2014 or could it simply indicate a hangover from my 2013 Platinum Status, to disappear sometime soon?

2) Also, I believe that though IHG has published criteria for achieving Platinum (X Qualifying nights in a year), different members are given different targets for qualifying. Is this true and if so, what is the lowest threshold for attaining Platinum for 2014

Mine was automatically renewed and displays Platinum Ambassador, exp Dec 2014. I never renewed mine.
