From January 23 through April 30, 2012, earn Double Points or Double Miles on every qualifying stay, starting on your 2nd stay. Yes - this stay will count as your first stay. The promotion will count based on your check-out date.

You will not have to re-book any existing reservations made prior to registering for the promotion. The system is looking for stays based on check-in/check-out date, not the booking date

Is this running concurrent with the Stay X Nights, Earn X,000 PC points promo?

I have a check-in on 22 Jan for 7 nights at a Crowne Plaza. Does this count as my first qualified stay, even the promo officially begins on 23Jan?

Do I have to rebook my stays or will stays booked ( reservations made prior to registering for this promotion count?

Some may find this shocking and completely out of character for the website, but after a quick look at the HTML for the signup page, it would appear that not a lot of testing was done before making the page live.
The only links outside of the boilerplate areas head off to the miles and points earning structure pages.
Anyone care to act like a system tester and call in about it? Oh wait - it probably wouldn't result in the creation of a DR anyway.
I guess I'll do my impression of a grasshopper and be patient.

Although I don't want to be accused of being an IHG loyalist , has this offer actually been advertised yet?
I can't see it on the PC front page or on the Priority Club Rewards Offers page, so it's possible that the page isn't yet complete and the OP just found it by accident, and we're being a bit unfair on their IT people...
