We have worked a bit behind the curtain and prepared the new two master threads for 2012. Despite the fact that we have now two compay lurkers, this thread covered a lot of extra bonus points and there is not reason not to start another thread.

I have striked the prmotion, which have been reported as not working anymore. Feell free to try them as it sometimes mean, some people have more luck.
