Best side of plane for photography

Hello!
I’ll be flying to Quito and the Galapagos and am wondering which side of the plane is best for photography for each leg of the trip.

LAX-LIM (red eye, possible sunrise)
LIM-UIO (noon)
UIO-SCY (noon)
GPS-UIO (afternoon, possible sunset)
UIO-ATL (red eye)
ATL-LAX (morning)

Thanks so much!

Approach to Quito is beautiful. Below is from seat 2F on the right side of a Copa 737. Looking back at photos I also sat on the right side in and out of SCY...seems outbound was foggy, inbound I saw only sea until immediately before landing so left side might be preferable.

Sites like flightaware or FR24 or .... can show you the recent flight path for a given flight. Note, depending on winds, season, and other conditions flight paths do change but reviewing the past five or so will give you a good idea of the common path
Path data for the Galapagos may be limited

Generally speaking the sun should behind the camera. SunFlight will show position of the sun for (the duration of) any given flight.
