Check-in to code share flight error

When trying to check-in online to Kenya airways, I receive this message:

1 error

Your booking cannot be found. Please check the information you have submitted and try again. (DAPI/404/194

Does anyone knows what it means?

I noticed Kenya airways check-in opens 48 hrs but their partner airline opens 24 hrs. Do I check-in with Kenya and receive the boarding pass for all or do I have to check in with Kenya and their partner separately?

Too late now, but you check in which whatever carrier is operating your first flight. Whether they can issue you boarding passes for all flights depends on a number of factors. In the future, a question like this will likely be answered more quickly in the forum for the specific airline. As for what the error means, it could range from the fact you are putting in the record locator from the partner airline instead of Kenya Airways, that theres a problem with the ticket, or something else.
