Travelling to Dubai
Ive had my eyes on Dubai via emirates from NYC for a while but noticed the insane fuel charges these days with the award fares. I tried a few searches and it seems qatar is a better option on their qsuite using avios. Anyone have any suggestions on booking an award flight from NYC to dubai? For qatar, I noticed I have availability if I fly from NYC to Doha and then book a separate flight from Doha to Dubai but I am not sure if there is an easier route these days using points. Just have Amex and Chase points.
