The closest airport to you seems to be Palm Beach (PBI). American flies to PBI as does Delta. You can credit AA flights to Alaska as they are oneworld partners.

It looks like PBI will be your closest commercial airport. Where do you expect to fly -- both on cash tickets, and on award tickets -- and in what class of service?

You can see the list of carriers serving PBI -- and their nonstop destinations -- here:

If you want to maintain AS status not a lot options: fly AA and AS.
If you want to achieve status on another airline that is another question.
What does Lifetime million Miller on Delta do for you?
Beware of expiry of those AS ff miles

What will your flying pattern be?
Earn ff miles from flying and/or credit cards(frequent spending)?
What are your objectives from a ffp?

Delta has the most flights out of PBI and there is a SkyClub there. As a million miler you get silver status, so that may help.
Just a note, FLL and MIA are easy reaches for direct flights where PBI options are limited, especially internationally, if that is a factor.
