Trouble with signing back in to renew Global Entry HELP

Recently my wife and I applied to renew our Global Entry. To login in we both had to use our personal code because we both had changed our telephone numbers. Thought we had changed the telephone numbers on our accounts. Recently tried to log back in and email and passwords worked but same old telephone number came and can't get the code to verify and personal code didn't work. Looks like we have to delete our accounts and lose the application fee. Looked for numbers to call etc to fix this problem but nothing. Can anyone help us? Thanks
