US Visa in U.K. passport, sending documents

Has anyone got any knowledge of this at all?

I have two U.K. passports for business travel reasons. Iím getting a new US Visa and having filled in all the forms I now have to post my documents rather than do an in person interview like in the past.

They stateThe following documents are required for all visa types:
  1. Current Passport valid for travel to the United States. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay in the United States (unless exempt by country-specific agreements.)
  2. Passport containing the most recently issued U.S. visa (if applicable).

My expired US visa is in one older passport, and I will be sending my newer passport to get the new Visa in as per step 1. However for step 2, I canít send my older passport since I am using it for travel over the next few weeks.

Does anyone know if this will cause an issue? I plan to send photocopies of the old passport and visa.

thanks
