Are Kiwi.com tickets sold without checked luggage, really have no checked luggage?

Are Kiwi.com tickets sold without checked luggage, really have no checked luggage?
Hello everyone
I see there are some airlines that normally don't sell their tickets without checked luggage option, but their tickets are sold slightly cheaper in Kiwi.com without checked luggage (with an option of adding it for a high fee).
It was always a question for me that if airline counter will not accept your checked luggage on Kiwi.com ticket, while they see literally every other passengers' standard ticket comes with one or two checked luggage.
