Sites and or services for buying and selling miles?
I've used the search function as well as looked at various threads, but I can't find a source of sites where you can buy and sell miles that are transferable to specific airlines. I am specifically looking at buying Qatar miles in the secondary market. Any help would be appreciated, whether here or in a PM.

Within the frame of the program, yes, many allow this. You can buy additional miles, or gift them to someone else. What you cannot do is trade, buy, sell, or barter miles in any secondary market.

That's not the secondary market which is specifically what you wrote about.
