Need to stay in Atlantic City, NJ for a show. Looking for suggestions

In August I am seeing Gabriel Iglesias and I was going to stay over. What's the best and effective place to stay? Points or cash and where? I have AMEX, Chase, Hilton and Marriott.

Thank you.

Chase UR to Hyatt for the Ocean Casino. Cash rates for AC can be anywhere from insanely low to obscene. Check the hotels for cheap rates if it is a midweek event.

Seems less points through JPM portal. 4.6k pts vs 12k pts. Is there any advantage in booking through Hyatt instead of JPM?

This is one of the really cheap rates I was talking about. Sometimes they're even less but this is low.

If you have elite status with Hyatt it could be worth something to book directly but in this instance I'd either pay cash or use the Travel Portal. Just make sure that includes any resort fees if there are any.
