Cheapest long haul intercontinental worldwide connections.
1- cheapest ways to connect one way Asia (specially South East Asia) and Europe and the other way around? (hopefully buying maximum 3 weeks in advance)
2- cheapest ways to connect one way Europe and USA (specially east coast) and the other way around? (hopefully buying maximum 3 weeks in advance)
3- cheapest ways to connect one way Asia (specially South East Asia) and USA (both options: East and West Coast, even Hawaii as an option) and the other way around? (hopefully buying maximum 3 weeks in advance)
4- cheapest ways to connect one way inside USA in short and long haul tickets (specially from East Coast as Miami to West coast or possibly Hawaii) and the other way around? (hopefully buying maximum 3 weeks in advance)

Mileage tickets can be surprisingly good deals for one-ways.
Sometimes one can find an excellent price on a return ticket and just toss the second half.
