Not sure how lounge meet works ,what is the process ? Has anyone used it ?

Perhaps pagans is referring to Lounge Connect, in the dropdown menu under My Flyertalk near the top of the page.

Travel plans are listed and if they match up with yours (time in the lounge) you can arrange to meet up and pass the time together.
A completely optional part is if someone via elite status, membership or class of service has a guesting privilege to say the First Class Lounge they can invite you to join them but it is good practice to not ask or expect that.
