Skyhour Special
 

I recently purchased a special through Rimowa that includes essentially 144 "Skyhours". Has anyone used Skyhour to book flights? All I am seeing is basic economy fares for almost every flight. I would love to figure out a way to possibly call the airline and upgrade my ticket to a main cabin fare that would allow me to select my seat or use my Delta gold status for upgrades. Any advice is appreciated!
